For convenience, returns made at any Buck Mason retail store are completely free of charge. Customers who prefer an in-person experience can visit a nearby location to complete their return. Alternatively, returns and exchanges can be handled by mail. If an item is sent back for a refund, a flat fee of eight dollars per package will be deducted from the total refund to cover return shipping. Exchanges, however, are processed without any return shipping cost. Customers simply need to complete the exchange details on the packing slip included with their order, and the replacement item will be shipped once the original product has been received and processed.
If an order arrives with damage or includes the wrong item, assistance is provided at no additional cost. Customers can reach out to the support team by phone or text, and the issue will be addressed quickly and efficiently. For international orders, as well as shipments sent to APO, FPO, or Puerto Rico addresses, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. In these cases, returns must be arranged by contacting customer support via email to receive detailed instructions.
Some products are not eligible for standard returns. Vintage watches are covered by separate agreements provided at the time of purchase. Items bought from outlet stores, altered garments, and vintage pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, purchases made at Buck Mason locations within Bloomingdale’s must be handled directly through Bloomingdale’s, as standalone Buck Mason stores are unable to process those returns.
Orders within the United States are shipped using UPS. Standard shipping orders are typically processed within forty-eight hours and generally arrive within about eight business days. Expedited shipping is available for orders placed before one o’clock in the afternoon Central Time, which are usually processed the same day and delivered within two to three business days. Orders placed after the daily cutoff time, as well as those submitted on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day. In some cases, orders may be divided into multiple shipments, and items purchased together may arrive separately if they are fulfilled from different locations. For security purposes, expedited shipments with a value of five hundred dollars or more require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping services extend beyond the United States to selected international destinations, including regions in Europe, Oceania, and North America. Applicable taxes, duties, and value-added taxes are calculated during checkout based on the destination and product type, so customers should not expect additional charges upon delivery.
While traditional gift wrapping is not currently offered, both physical and digital gift cards are available. Physical cards are shipped within forty-eight hours, and digital versions are delivered by email shortly after purchase. Gift cards cannot be refunded, discounted, or taxed.
Flexible payment options are also available through Afterpay, allowing qualifying purchases to be divided into four equal, interest-free installments. This option applies to eligible orders within a certain price range and does not include gift card purchases. Any refunds for orders paid through Afterpay are processed through the same platform in accordance with the standard return procedure.

In-store customers purchasing full-price jeans or pants may also take advantage of complimentary hemming services.
